This is one of four 4 bed units offered at Clocktower Place. This unit is located on the fourth floor of the building. This unit is leasing for an IMMEDIATE MOVE IN for now through July 2024 only!

Tenants are responsible for their electricity and heat through the City of Ames and Alliant Energy. We cover water, internet, garbage, and 1 parking spot per unit. For additional parking, tenants will need to purchase that on their own outside of Unique Apartment Homes.
