Tenant is responsible for all utilities except internet and lawn care, which are covered by the Landlord.

Dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $250 pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in, and one pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
