Tenants are responsible for their electricity, water and gas through the City of Ames and Alliant Energy. We cover internet, garbage, and 2 parking spots per unit.

Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
