This unit is located on the third floor of the building. It features a den/bonus room and a 2 story layout. Up to 5 tenants are able to reside in this unit. This unit is leasing for now through July 2024 only!!

Tenants are responsible for their electricity which is through the City of Ames. We include 5 parking spots with rent.

If you would like more information please give us a call at 515-292-5050. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease is signed.
