This unit is located on the first floor of the building. This unit is leasing for an immediate move in through May 25th, 2025 only.

Tenants are responsible for their electricity which is through the City of Ames. We include 1 parking spot with rent.

Cats are allowed at this property. They require a one-time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Cats MUST be approved by management before moving in. One cat is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
