During the change out period maintenance requests may take up to 7-10 business days to complete. Our maintenance team will complete the requests as they come in. Any emergency maintenance items will be put at the top of the list when they have been submitted. We expect that the maintenance request completion time will resume back to normal towards the end of August of each year.

We will review your request momentarily. All maintenance requests will be processed within 24 business hours. Please allow up to 3 business days for maintenance to arrive at your apartment. If you have not had maintenance come to your unit within that time period please let the office know.

Requests submitted after 5 PM on Monday - Thursday will be put into maintenance the following morning. Requests submitted after 5 PM on Friday will be put into maintenance Monday morning.
