Pet Policy

Pets are allowed at most of our properties after they have been approved by management. Please check with management or check the property page to see if pets are allowed at your location. If approved, each pet requires $50/month in pet rent and a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. These fees are per pet, not per unit. All pets must be registered prior to move-in through our website.

If you have an assistance animal categorized as either service animal or companion animal they are not subject to any fees. You will need to contact our office at 515-292-5050 to receive a copy of an Assistance Animal Request Form.

Register My Pet

Please register your pet by clicking on the link below. Each pet must be registered separately and you must have a valid rabies document/certificate and picture of the pet ready to upload. After your pet has been registered please allow up to 3 business days for management to contact you.
